What Is Vert

One operating layer
for an entire business

Vert is what makes Maia Management a technology holding company instead of a labour-arbitrage shop. Seven specialist agents handle the routine work of running a business — legal review, accounting close, supplier follow-up, pricing, marketing ops — while a live dashboard layer keeps every brand visible at once. A dispatch router orchestrates the lot. We use it to run seventeen of our own brands. It is now available to other operators. Explore the Vert OS modules →

Vert Anatomy

Three layers. One stack.

i

Specialist agents

Seven agents, each with a defined remit: Legal, Accounting, COGS, Pricing, Supplier, Marketing, Operations. Each owns its domain end-to-end — pulling the data it needs, doing the work, and reporting back.

ii

Dashboard layer

Twenty-six live operational components surface what matters now: cash position, pipeline, inventory, compliance, anomalies. Built so an operator can hold the whole portfolio in their head from one screen.

iii

Dispatch router

Incoming work — an email, a WhatsApp, a webhook, a calendar event — gets parsed, classified, and handed to the right agent automatically. No queues to triage. No tickets to assign.

The Seven Specialists

Legal
Contracts, compliance, regulatory tracking.
Accounting
Books, close, reconciliations, statutory filings.
COGS
Cost-of-goods tracking, margin alerts, recipe costing.
Pricing
Per-product pricing, promos, competitor monitoring.
Supplier
PO follow-up, supplier reliability, restock cadence.
Marketing
Campaign ops, creative rotation, performance reporting.
Operations
Day-to-day routing, exception handling, escalation.

Proof · Our Own Brands

We use it before we sell it

Every Maia brand runs on Vert. The case studies are the brands themselves.

Sushi Pop · Hospitality

Supplier orchestration across 80+ SKUs

A daily restock for a sushi kitchen used to mean three people on WhatsApp at 5am chasing suppliers. The Supplier agent handles the order list, follow-up, and exception escalation. Marketing and Pricing agents adjust the menu in tandem.

Maia Legal · Professional Services

Contract intake routed in seconds

Incoming contract review requests arrive via email and WhatsApp. The dispatch router classifies each one (NDA, employment, vendor, commercial) and the Legal agent does the first pass against the firm’s playbook before a licensed attorney signs off.

Charter ops on one operational pane

Bookings, fuel, crew rotations, maintenance windows, and customer comms used to live in five tools. The Operations agent feeds the dashboard layer with everything that matters today. A single view replaces the morning standup.

Maia Contable · Accounting

Close cadence across the portfolio

Seventeen brands means seventeen monthly closes that used to bunch at the end of the month. The Accounting agent runs reconciliations continuously, surfaces what needs attention, and the team closes the books faster every cycle.

Who Vert Is For

Two kinds of operator.
Same problem.

If you operate 5+ brands

One layer across the whole portfolio

Holding companies, family offices, multi-brand restaurant groups, integrated agencies. You have the entities, the contracts, the bank accounts, the suppliers, the staff — spread across QuickBooks, spreadsheets, Slack, WhatsApp, and a dozen logins. Vert replaces the seams between them.

If you operate one complex business

When no one person can hold it all

Hospitality groups, manufacturing operations, mid-market services firms. One brand, but the operations have outgrown the people running them. The Operations agent picks up the routine. The dashboard layer gives the owner the picture back.

Who We Are

We built Vert
because we
needed it first

Maia Management Group S.A.S. is a Colombian technology holding company founded in 2024 and based in Santa Marta. We operate seventeen brands across hospitality, legal, accounting, real estate, education, marine, marketing, and consumer goods.

Vert exists because no off-the-shelf tool let us run that portfolio with the head-count we actually have. We built it on our own brands first — the kitchen, the law firm, the boatyard, the books — and only opened it up once it had survived contact with real operations.

We’re builders, not consultants. The team that ships Vert is the same team that runs the brands it operates.

Engagement

Currently piloting with select operators

No public pricing yet. Every pilot is scoped to your operations and includes setup, migration of the operations you want covered, and a quarterly cadence to extend the stack as it earns its place.

If you want to talk about your stack, the fastest path is WhatsApp.

Common Questions

What is Vert, in one sentence?+

An integrated business ecosystem: seven specialist agents, a live dashboard layer, and a dispatch router that orchestrates them. Maia Management built it to run our own seventeen-brand portfolio.

Is Vert a SaaS product or a service?+

Today it’s a piloted engagement, not a self-serve product. Every customer gets a setup, migration, and a quarterly review. We’ll open a product surface once we’ve shipped to enough operators to justify it.

What does it integrate with?+

Whatever the brand actually uses: WhatsApp, email, accounting systems, e-commerce, POS, calendars, document storage. The dispatch router is the integration layer.

How is this different from generic automation tools?+

Generic automation tools wire steps together. Vert ships agents with domain knowledge — an Accounting agent that understands a Colombian close, a Supplier agent that understands restocking a kitchen. The orchestration sits on top, not the other way around.

What about data and security?+

Customer data stays scoped to the customer’s tenant. Hardened against the standard audit items (auth, CORS, signature validation) and reviewed monthly. Privacy practices are documented on our privacy page.

How long does a pilot take?+

Two to six weeks from kickoff to first agent live, depending on how messy the existing tooling is. The pilot extends quarter by quarter as we add the agents your operation actually needs.

Where is Vert built?+

Santa Marta, Colombia. The build team is co-located with the brands the stack operates — we use it before we ship it.

I’m looking for hiring/recruitment, not Vert.+

Recruitment lives on its own domain now — maia-recruitment.com. We operate it as a portfolio brand but it’s not what this site is about anymore.
